Failure to comply with any or all of the Rules and Regulations could result in forfeiture of all monies paid for the rent of the facility, including the Cleaning/Damage Deposit, and could also result in forfeiture of the right to rent the facility in the future. By signing this agreement with an electronic signature, applicant acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the terms set forth in this Rental Agreement, and that he/she assumes the role of “Responsible Party”.
