Common use of Cancellation by User Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by User. User must submit, in writing, notification of cancellation no less than two (2) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Security Deposit and Use Fee. Refunds will be determined at the discretion of the Association and returned within fifteen (15) days of the Reserved Date.

Cancellation by User. User must submit, in writing, notification of cancellation no less than two seven (27) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Security Deposit and Use no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Reserved Date in order to receive a refund of the Rental Fee. Refunds will be determined at the discretion of the Association Social Director and returned within fifteen (15) days of the Reserved Date.

Refunds will be determined at the discretion of the Association Clubhouse Manager(s) and returned within fifteen thirty (1530) days of the Reserved Date.
