Common use of Cancellation by LPA Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by LPA. If the LPA cancels the Project, it will reimburse the Secretary for any costs incurred by the Secretary prior to the cancellation of the Project. The LPA agrees to reimburse the Secretary within thirty (30) days after receipt by the LPA of the Secretary’s statement of the cost incurred by the Secretary prior to the cancellation of the Project.
