Canceling or Changing Xxxx Pay Transactions. Payments designated as single transactions cannot be stopped, canceled or changed once payments begin processing from the account. You may cancel recurring Xxxx Pay transactions by following the Xxxx Pay instructions. If you discover an error or want to change a transaction (i.e. payment date or payment amount) for a Xxxx Pay transaction you have already submitted, you may electronically edit or cancel your transaction through Xxxx Pay. Your cancellation or change request must be submitted through Xxxx Pay before the payment is withdrawn from the account. If your transaction is not canceled in a timely manner, you will be responsible for the payment.
