Common use of Canceling or Changing Bill Pay Transactions Clause in Contracts

Canceling or Changing Bill Pay Transactions. Payments designated as single transactions cannot be stopped, canceled or changed once payments begin processing from the account. You may cancel recurring Bill Pay transactions by following the Bill Pay instructions. If you discover an error or want to change a transaction (i.e. payment date or payment amount) for a Bill Pay transaction you have already submitted, you may electronically edit or cancel your transaction through Bill Pay. Your cancellation or change request must be submitted through Bill Pay before the payment is withdrawn from the account. If your transaction is not canceled in a timely manner, you will be responsible for the payment.
