Can I tell the court I do not like the Settlement?. If you do not exclude yourself from the Settlement Class, you can tell the Court you do not like the Settlement or some part of it by filing an objection to the Settlement. If you object to the Settlement you remain a Class Member and cannot exclude yourself.
