Common use of Campus Security Clause in Contracts

Campus Security. Landlord will provide the Campus Security Services during the Term of this Lease. Landlord reserves the right, but without assuming any duty, upon consultation with Tenant, to institute additional perimeter access control measures in order to further control and regulate access to the Property.
