Common use of Calls for Proposals Clause in Contracts

Calls for Proposals. Subject to any restrictions imposed by the Centre, the Recipient shall in the course of administering one or more calls for proposals pursuant to the Project, comply with its internal procedures and practices governing calls for proposal. In addition, the Recipient, shall exercise due diligence and act fairly and in good faith in the evaluation and selection of the proposals submitted.
