Callouts. For the purposes of this Agreement, a callout shall be when an employee is required by a Supervisor to return to work other than during the employee's regular detailed working hours.

Callouts a) For areas having resident tradespeople in the specific trade required for the overtime, the tradespeople for the overtime work group will be called first as per Appendix “C”, then from the plant list.

Overtime premium paid as the result of the work extending into the employee’s regular work period will be paid at the applicable overtime rate only; i.e. If the employee works two (2) hours into their regular work period the payment is the applicable overtime rate but not overtime plus regular time. Callouts. Employees who are on standby and called out for shift relief will not be eligible for the travel time allowances and will be required to provide and pay for their own transportation. No travel time will be paid.

Callouts. Any hourly employee called out to work early shall receive overtime pay for all time worked prior to the regularly scheduled work period. Any hourly employee called out to work after an eight (8) hour day or forty (40) hour week shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours overtime pay.
Callouts. Double time will be allowed for ordinary callouts. For the purpose of this Agreement, a callout shall be when a member is required to return to work other than during the member's regular tour of duty. A member required to report for any training exercise or lectures, other than during the member's detailed working hours, shall not be considered to be on callout. A member on callout shall be paid at the rate of double time with a minimum time of three (3) hours at double time. A member required to return to work on a regular day off, shall be compensated at the rate of double time for each hour worked. A member required to report for work during the member's Annual or Statutory Leave shall be compensated at the rate of a minimum of sixteen (16) hours at straight time for each day so called out. This shall not apply in cases where Annual or Statutory Leave is cancelled or postponed for a period exceeding two (2) days and where notice of such cancellation or postponement was given seven (7) days in advance.
Callouts. An employee called back to work after having completed a regular day's shift, or from a regular day off, or from vacation, providing the call back does not abut the regular shift, shall be paid at the applicable overtime premium specified in this Article for a minimum of three (3) hours or for actual time worked, whichever is greater. Travel time to and from the employee's residence will be considered as time worked.
