Common use of Call-In Time Clause in Contracts

Call-In Time. An employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this agreement.

Call-In Time. An Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this agreement(2) hours’ pay.
