Call Forward Busy Clause Samples

The Call Forward Busy clause enables incoming calls to be automatically redirected to a predetermined number when the original line is busy. In practice, if a user is already on a call and another call comes in, the system will forward the new call to a specified alternate number, such as voicemail or another extension. This clause ensures that important calls are not missed due to line congestion, thereby improving communication efficiency and reducing the likelihood of lost contact opportunities.
