Call Center Operations requirements. i. Provide customer service for customers of the Funds: Maintain a fully staffed call center during the hours of 9am through 8:00pm, EST, Monday through Friday. The closing time can be changed by USBGFS upon 60 days’ prior notice to the Company provided that such change does not materially and negatively impact the service level to the Company based upon Company’s historical call volume and times.
