California Customers. Section “CANCELLATION/TERMINATION AND REFUNDS” is removed and replaced with the following: If the Subscriber cancels this Agreement within thirty (30) days of receipt of Agreement, Brightstar shall remit to the Subscriber a full refund of the Service Fees paid by the Subscriber for this Agreement less the value of any replacement or repair services received.
