Calculation of Income on Distribution Record Date. The General Partner shall determine, as of the Valuation Time on each distribution record date, the amount of the Net Income of Willow LP and each Class of Units for the period since the then preceding distribution record date (or in the case of the first distribution record date, from the inception of Willow LP) up to and including the relevant distribution date. The General Partner may allocate Net Losses attributable to a Class among the Unitholders of such Class whose names appear on the Register in the same proportions as the allocation of Net Income.
