CAHP Rights. a. It is understood by the parties that CAHP has the following rights: (1) To represent its members before the State regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. (2) To receive timely written notice of changes to, or adoption of, any rule or regulation directly relating to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
