Common use of Caching Clause in Contracts

Caching. Licensee, the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may make local digital copies of the Licensed Materials in order to ensure efficient use by Authorized Users by appropriate browser or other software. For the avoidance of doubt, the cached copy is not a derivative work.
