Common use of C3 Recovery of Sums Due Clause in Contracts

C3 Recovery of Sums Due. C3.1 Wherever any sum of money is recoverable from or payable by the SERVICE PROVIDER (including any sum which the SERVICE PROVIDER is liable to pay to the Contracting AUTHORITY in respect of any breach of the Call-Off Contracts), the Contracting AUTHORITY may unilaterally deduct that sum from any sum then due, or which at any later time may become due to the SERVICE PROVIDER under the Call-Off Contracts or under any other agreement or contract with the Contracting AUTHORITY or with any other Central Government Departments, their Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies, including local/unitary authorities.
