By the Tribe. The Sauk-Suiattle Tribal Police Department or other authorized agency may conduct its own premises checks in Indian Country to observe compliance with applicable liquor laws and this MOA and to provide support and education to Tribal Enterprises and staff. To the extent it is informed of the results of such premises checks, the Tribe will share the results of the premises checks with the Board.
