Common use of By the School Clause in Contracts

By the School. The School may terminate this Contract unilaterally and early when: (a) The Student does not comply with the conditions of permanence established by the School and/or by the rules and regulations provided for by the legal or internal rules of the School, or when his/her Parents or Legal Guardians have failed to pay the charges and educational costs derived from or related to this Contract.
