By SPC. SPC may terminate the agreement upon not less than 90 days written notice in the event that the Client has failed to pay any outstanding invoice on the date due or within 30 days thereafter.
By SPC. SPC may close your Financial Account at any time for any reason upon notice to you or your Stripe Connect Platform.
By SPC. Save and except otherwise permitted by this Agreement, the SPC shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, sub-let, deal with, sub-contract, sub- license or otherwise grant rights in or over all or any of the rights, or all or any of its obligations or liabilities under this Agreement.
