By Participating Manufacturer. Participating Manufacturer may at any time and without cause terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days advance written notice of termination to GEC. In case of Participating Manufacturer’s voluntary termination, GEC will refund a portion of the CAB Fee or Renewal Fee, prorated from the date that the CAB ceased providing services under this Agreement.
