Common use of By November Clause in Contracts

By November. 30 in the case of reappointment, the ▇▇▇▇ shall forward the reasoned report of the LPRC, together with her or his reasoned recommendation and the reasoned report resulting from the evaluation at the LPC level, to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the librarian member, the Chair of the LPC and the Associate University Librarian. In addition, by the same dates, the ▇▇▇▇ shall send a copy of her or his reasoned recommendation to the members of the LPRC.

By November. 30 in the case of reappointmentreappointment and by April 30 in the case of promotion to Associate Librarian, the ▇▇▇▇ shall forward the reasoned report of the LPRC, together with her or his reasoned recommendation and the reasoned report resulting from the evaluation at the LPC level, to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the librarian member, the Chair of the LPC and the Associate University LibrarianAssistant Director or appropriate administrator for librarian positions located outside the Library. In addition, by the same dates, the ▇▇▇▇ shall send a copy of her or his reasoned recommendation to the members of the LPRC.
