By November. 30 in the case of reappointment, the ▇▇▇▇ shall forward the reasoned report of the FPTC, together with her or his reasoned recommendation and the reasoned report resulting from the evaluation at the DPC level, to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the faculty member, the Chair of the DPC, and the Association. In addition, by the same dates, the ▇▇▇▇ shall send a copy of her or his reasoned recommendation to the members of the FPTC.
