Business Transfers. Associates in good standing who wish to sell or transfer their business must receive Neumi’s prior written approval before the business may be transferred. A business that is on disciplinary probation, suspension, or under disciplinary investigation is not in good standing and may not be transferred unless and until the disciplinary matter is resolved. The request to transfer will be denied if the business is not in good standing or if there is another reasonable reason for denying the request.
