Business Preferred is a bundled package of Value Added Services that includes Tech Support Pro (See Section 5) and Verizon Service Protection Plan (Attachment B) as described herein. Verizon Service Protection Plan coverage is provided when service is first turned on. There is no waiting period required for Business Preferred customers.
