Business Park. The 2037 Extension is conditioned upon submittal of a complete land use or construction permit application for at least one commercial building in the Business Park portion of the project, or in the alternative, a complete application for a major modification to the Business Park portion of the project requesting changes in land use restrictions for future development of that portion of the project, by October 30, 2032.
