Common use of Business Organization Clause in Contracts

Business Organization. During the period beginning on the date of the Latest Balance Sheet and continuing up to and including the Closing Date, Seller has used and will use its best efforts to preserve the Business intact, and to keep available to Purchaser the services of the present Employees of the Business, to the extent that Purchaser may retain such services pursuant to this Agreement.
