Business Opportunity. The Company and each of the Shareholders recognize and acknowledge that (x) the Company, Comcast Shareholder and their Affiliates engage, or intend to engage, in a wide variety of activities, (y) some of these activities presently or may in the future involve the participation in businesses and activities that may be similar to those of the Company and its Subsidiaries and Portfolio Companies, on the one hand, or Comcast Shareholder and its Affiliates, on the other hand, and (z) subject to the terms of this Agreement, it is critical that the Company, Comcast Shareholder and their Affiliates be permitted to continue to develop their current and future business and investment activities without any restriction. In light of the foregoing considerations, the Company and each of the Shareholders acknowledge and agree as follows:
