Common use of Business Expenses and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Business Expenses and Perquisites. (a) Reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred by Employee in the performance of his duties hereunder shall be reimbursed by the Company in accordance with Company policies as in effect from time to time. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to use, in connection with his performance of services hereunder, transportation services of a car.
