Common use of Business Day Certificate Clause in Contracts

Business Day Certificate. On the date of execution and delivery of this Indenture (with respect to the remainder of calendar year 200__) and thereafter, within 15 days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Indenture remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Company shall deliver to the Trustee an Officers' Certificate specifying the days on which banking institutions or trust companies in Wilmington, Delaware or Chicago, Illinois are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to be closed.
