Common use of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Clause in Contracts

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. The Contractor shall provide a business continuity and disaster recovery plan upon request and ensure that the Purchasing Entity’s recovery time objective (RTO) of XXX hours/days is met. (XXX hour/days shall be provided to Contractor by the Purchasing Entity.) Contractor must work with the Purchasing Entity to perform an annual Disaster Recovery test and take action to correct any issues detected during the test in a time frame mutually agreed between the Contractor and the Purchasing Entity.
