Backup and Recovery. LightEdge will maintain backups of the Service platform for Disaster Recovery purposes only. LightEdge makes no warranty or representation of Customer data backup with this Service. LightEdge makes no guarantee of the restorability of data relating to Service if data is lost, regardless of the cause. Execution of Disaster Recovery for this Service is further defined in LightEdge’s Customer Operations Recovery Plan.

Backup and Recovery. LightEdge will provide backups of the Service platform for Disaster Recovery purposes ONLY. LightEdge will make its best effort to recover data within a mean time of four (4) hours in a disaster scenario. A disaster may be declared by LightEdge when Service has been damaged or degraded to such an extent that LightEdge can no longer reasonably provide Service. Customer shall not be able to declare any outage a disaster. Sole responsibility for defining an event as a “disaster” will rest with LightEdge alone. Execution of Disaster Recovery for this Service is further defined in LightEdge’s Customer Operations Recovery Plan. In the event that the restoration will impact system stability and/or performance, LightEdge reserves the right to move the restoration to a Scheduled Maintenance window after business hours (after 6 PM CST). LightEdge is not liable for the loss of any customer data, nor does it guarantee the recoverability of customer data that is deleted (accidentally or purposefully) by Customer end users. Additional fees may apply for recovery of customer specific data and LightEdge will work on these requests on a best effort basis.

Backup and Recovery. Data center facilities in the U.S. utilize snapshot and data mirroring capabilities. The integrity of local backups is tested quarterly by restoring a complete database from a selected snapshot copy to test systems and validate the data integrity. Data in the UK data center facility is backed-up to tapes daily and data in the Australia data center is backed-up electronically daily; the backup processes for the UK and Australia data center facilities are tested quarterly. Backup data is not transferred across international borders.

Backup and Recovery. HSConnects will be built with functionality to allow Users to recover deleted files on a single file basis. Arapahoe County also has plans to build the functionality for versioning. Arapahoe County will provide basic training on the capabilities of file recovery and versioning, but it is the responsibility of the Subscribing County to understand the limitation of these tools. Arapahoe County will leverage from the Designated Partner redundant storage to help prevent data loss from hardware or environment failures. Arapahoe County will also keep a backup copy of files and data for disaster recovery purposes with a recovery point of no longer than 24 hours old. Disaster recovery copies will be used in the case of major system data loss.
