Common use of Buses Clause in Contracts

Buses. (a) The Operator must provide TfNSW with the following on or before the Services Commencement Date: (i) an Operator Bus Lease Direct Agreement in respect of any Novation Bus; (ii) an Operator General Financier Direct Agreement in respect of any secured financiers of the Operator, in each case executed by the Operator and all relevant counterparties (except TfNSW if TfNSW is party to such document); and (b) The Operator must procure that any Approved Subcontractor provides TfNSW with the Approved Subcontractor Security Documents on or before the Services Commencement Date.
