Buses l For all intents and purposes, school buses, whether managed by the school or outsourced to a third party, are considered part of the school premises when being used by students. l All safety rules and behaviour expectations set by the school and enforced by personnel must be adhered to by students and parents. Failure to comply with all transportation rules set by the school will result in disciplinary action and will affect the students ’ registration chances for the following academic year.

Buses. District shall provide to Town one school bus generally described as follows on the dates listed in paragraph 3.

Buses. Winter Park shall provide buses sufficient to serve the Route, in Winter Park's sole discretion. Fraser shall not be responsible for capital rolling stock acquisition or for costs associated with replacement of buses.
Buses. The parties shall mutually agree on which party’s vehicle(s) shall be utilized for operation of a coordinated route. The party contributing use of a vehicle for coordinated route purposes shall maintain ownership of the vehicle and shall be responsible for maintaining appropriate registration and licensure. The vehicle owner shall also be responsible for obtaining vehicle maintenance and repair.
