Buses Clause Samples
The "Buses" clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use, provision, or maintenance of buses within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines responsibilities such as who is responsible for supplying the buses, standards for their operation and safety, and any requirements for insurance or licensing. For example, it may specify that the service provider must ensure all buses are regularly inspected and meet regulatory standards. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and accountability regarding the management and operation of buses, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or service failures.
