Buses. When the temperature is below 22 degrees, the Director of Transportation is to make provisions whereby all buses parked outside are to be started prior to the scheduled arrival of the regular driver. A roster of spare buses is to be maintained by the Director of Transportation and assigned to drivers requiring the same.
