Bus Specifications. The Provider shall provide written lists of buses they intend to use and a letter from a manufacturer assuring that newly ordered buses will be available for use at their bus facilities by the date the providers provided to the TPS. Buses shall meet specifications for school buses as required by the State of Ohio.
Bus Specifications. All buses shall be equipped so as to meet or exceed minimum state and federal regulations governing school buses. The District may require the Contractor to provide additional equipment on reasonable notice. The District shall pay the Contractor's actual cost for any such additional equipment and its installation. The District shall retain ownership of the equipment and receive payment for its current value if it is disposed of by the Contractor. The Contractor agrees, at its own expense, to keep all vehicles clean, comfortable, properly ventilated and in good operating condition.
Bus Specifications. 5.1 The Operator undertakes that all Buses procured and operated by it pursuant to this Agreement shall be fully compliant with the Bus Specifications.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.
