Bus Fuel Conversion Sample Clauses

Bus Fuel Conversion. If the Contractor wishes to convert to a different type of fuel, he or she must notify the District prior to the conversion. Fuel conversions are considered to be a major conversion to a school bus and must be approved the Office of Public Instruction and the Montana Highway Patrol Bureau. All conversions must meet Minimum Standards for School Buses in Montana and any other applicable regulations.
