Bus Conduct. Students in Grades 7-12 are permitted to ride buses for athletic events. Student-athletes are subject to the same rules and expectations outlined in the Student Code of Conduct. In addition to the regular school expectations for transportation, when male and female students travel on the same bus, one gender will sit in the front of the bus and the other will sit in the back of the bus.

Student behavior should demonstrate the following: • RESPECT for self and others • COURTESY in speech and deportment • COOPERATION with school and classroom policies • SELF-CONTROL at all times, especially when dealing with others • ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY for academic, spiritual and moral development Discipline is most effective when it directly addresses the problem at the time and place it occurs.
