Burners Clause Samples
The 'Burners' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of burners within a facility or project. Typically, this clause specifies the types of burners permitted, safety standards to be followed, and any necessary inspections or certifications required for compliance. For example, it may require that only certified personnel operate or service the burners, and that all equipment meets local fire safety codes. The core function of this clause is to ensure safe and compliant use of burners, thereby minimizing the risk of fire hazards and ensuring regulatory adherence.
