Bulletin Board Space Provided. The Employer shall provide bulletin board space which may be used by the Union for posting notices relating to Union affairs. This space shall be in the office in Charlotte and any sub-office established in the County. All notices posted by the Union shall be posted in all such offices or sub offices, where employee members report for work.
