Bulk/Packed Bitumen. i) Only VG 30 (60/70) grade bitumen shall be used. ii) Bitumen brought on site shall conform to I.S.73 of latest edition iii) Testing has to be arranged by contractor from recognized Govt. laboratory at his own cost for all tests mentioned in IS-73 of latest edition IV A) The Contractor shall use Bulk Bitumen obtained from any Government Refinery only.
