Common use of Buildings and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Buildings and Facilities. Except with NOHFC’s prior written consent, from the Effective Date until the date that is three years after the Project Completion Date, the Recipient shall continue to own or continue to lease (as applicable) all buildings, facilities, or land purchased, constructed, or improved, in whole or in part, with the Funds, or for which, in whole or in part, Funds were provided.
