Common use of Buildings and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Buildings and Facilities. The District recognizes the Association's right to use the District's buildings and facilities at times other than the professional work day and hours of student instruction or activity as long as the Association receives approval from Educational Services and as long as the use of such buildings and facilities does not interfere with instructional or activities/programs, District operations, or previously-scheduled activities.
