Common use of Buildings and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Buildings and Equipment. The Company has not received any written notice from any Governmental Entity that any of its Buildings or Equipment fail to comply with any applicable building and zoning or other similar Laws in effect at the date hereof. All Buildings and Equipment of the Company are in good condition, working order and repair, normal wear and tear excepted, and adequate for the uses to which they are being put, have been well maintained, conform in all material respects with all applicable ordinances, regulations and zoning, safety and other Laws, and to the Knowledge of the Company do not encroach on the property of others. As of the date hereof, the Company has not received written notice of or otherwise become aware of any pending or threatened change of any such ordinance, regulation or zoning, safety or other Law and there is no pending or, to the Company's Knowledge, threatened condemnation of any such property.
