Buildings and Equipment. All mains, pipes, pipe lines, service pipes, buildings, improvements, standpipes, reservoirs, xxxxx, flumes, sluices, canals, basins, cribs, machinery, conduits, hydrants, water works, plants and systems, tanks, shops, structures, purification systems, pumping stations, fixtures, engines, boilers, pumps, meters and equipment which are now owned or may hereafter be acquired by the Company (except as herein expressly excepted), including all improvements, additions and extensions appurtenant to any real or fixed property now or hereafter subject to the lien of the Original Indenture or any indenture supplemental thereto which are used or useful in connection with the business of the Company as a water company or as a water utility, whether any of the foregoing property is now owned or may hereafter be acquired by the Company. It is hereby declared by the Company that all property of the kinds described in the next preceding paragraph, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, has been or is or will be owned or acquired with the intention of using the same in carrying on the business or branches of the business of the Company, and it is hereby declared that it is the intention of the Company that all thereof (except property hereinafter specifically excepted) shall be subject to the lien of the Original Indenture. It is agreed by the Company that so far as may be permitted by law, tangible personal property now owned or hereafter acquired by the Company, except such as is hereafter expressly excepted from the lien hereof, shall be deemed to be and construed as fixtures and appurtenances to the real property of the Company.

Buildings and Equipment. (a) Costs of buildings, equipment, furniture and fixtures, the maintenance thereof and related costs; rents paid for all offices, houses, warehouses and other types of buildings and costs of supplies necessary for the operation of such buildings and facilities, all in the Republic of Iraq.
Buildings and Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use building facilities, equipment, and supplies at reasonable times and hours for employees. Use of the building will be scheduled through the building administrator. The Association may post Association notices on the bulletin board designated for Association use. The interschool mail service and electronic mail may be used by the Association, including regular delivery to the Association office. Email may only be used during non-instructional time or time when employees are not providing services to students.

Buildings and Equipment. In the event that the Optionee abandons the working right and option granted to it herein, all buildings, plant, equipment, machinery, tools, appliances and supplies which the Optionee may have brought onto the Property, either before or during the period of the working right and option, may be removed by the Optionee at any time not later than nine (9) months after the abandonment of the working right and option. Any buildings, plant, equipment, machinery, tools, appliances and supplies left on the Property during the nine (9) month period shall be at the Optionee's sole risk and, if not removed after the nine (9) month period, shall become the Property of the Optionor. During the currency of the option, the Optionor shall not remove from the Property any of the Optionee's buildings, plant, equipment, machinery, tools, appliances and/or supplies.

"Buildings" shall mean all buildings, fixtures, structures and improvements leased or owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries. "Equipment" shall mean all machinery, equipment, boilers, furniture, fixtures, motor vehicles, furnishings, parts, tools, office equipment, computers and other items of tangible personal property owned or used by the Company or its Subsidiaries.
