Common use of Building Operations Clause in Contracts

Building Operations. ▪ Give close attention to the safe and proper operation of the building and its equipment and initiate remedial action where necessary. ▪ Conduct routine liaison with other branches in connection with maintenance, new installations, alterations, transportation, and radiation hazards control. ▪ Carry out receiving and shipping operations. ▪ Have some supervisory responsibility for up to ten lab attendants or similar grades. ▪ May be authorized to give clearance for maintenance work in certain cases. ▪ To perform other related duties appropriate to this level.
