Common use of Building Operations Clause in Contracts

Building Operations. To make inspections, repairs, alterations, or improvements, whether structural or otherwise, in and about the Premises, or any part thereof in accordance with the terms of this Lease; to enter upon the Premises (after giving Tenant no less than 24 hours prior notice thereof, which may be oral notice, except in cases of real or apparent emergency, in which case no notice shall be required), and otherwise subject to Tenant’s reasonable security requirements, and, during the continuance of any such work, to temporarily close doors, entryways, public space, and corridors in the Building; to interrupt or temporarily suspend Building services and facilities; and to change the name of the Building;
