Common use of Building Operations Clause in Contracts

Building Operations. To make inspections, repairs, alterations, additions, changes, or improvements, whether structural or otherwise, in and about the Project or any part thereof to the extent within Landlord’s obligations or entitlements under this Lease; to enter upon the Premises (after giving Tenant at least two business days prior written notice thereof, except in cases of real or apparent emergency, in which case no notice shall be required) and, during the continuance of any such work, to temporarily close doors, entryways, public space, and corridors in the Buildings; to interrupt or temporarily suspend services and facilities to the Buildings and to change the name of the Buildings.
