Common use of Building Height Clause in Contracts

Building Height. (a) The height of the buildings must not exceed: (i) Group 1 – 24.4 metres (ii) Group 2 – 24.95 metres (b) Prior to an Occupation Certificate being issued, a Registered Surveyor must provide certification that the height of the building accords with (a) above, to the satisfaction of the Principal Certifier.
