Common use of Building Height Clause in Contracts

Building Height. (a) The height of the buildings must not exceed: (i) Group 1 – 24.4 metres (ii) Group 2 – 24.95 metres (b) Prior to an Occupation Certificate being issued, a Registered Surveyor must provide certification that the height of the building accords with (a) above, to the satisfaction of the Principal Certifier.

Building Height. (a) The height of the buildings building must not exceed: (i) Group 1 – 24.4 metres (ii) Group 2 – 24.95 metresexceed RL 64.10 to the top of the building and RL 61.70 to the parapet of the building. (b) Prior to an Occupation Certificate being issued, a Registered Surveyor must provide certification that the height of the building accords with (a) above, to the satisfaction of the Principal Certifier.

Building Height. (a) The height of the buildings building must not exceed: exceed RL 26400 (iAHD) Group 1 – 24.4 metres to the top of the building roof and RL 26500 (iiAHD) Group 2 – 24.95 metresto the top of the lift overruns. (b) Prior to an Occupation Certificate being issued, a Registered Surveyor must provide certification that the height of the building accords with (a) above, to the satisfaction of the Principal Certifier.
