Common use of Building Directory Clause in Contracts

Building Directory. A building directory will be located in the lobby of the Building. Tenant shall have the right, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to designate name strips to be displayed under Tenant’s entry in such directory, provided that in no event shall Tenant be entitled to use a percentage of such directory that exceeds Tenant’s Share.
