Build Up Lines Sample Clauses
The 'Build Up Lines' clause defines the specific boundaries or demarcation lines within a construction site where work is to be performed or where responsibilities are divided among parties. In practice, this clause typically outlines the exact locations for construction activities, such as where a building's foundation will be laid or where different contractors' scopes of work begin and end. By clearly establishing these lines, the clause helps prevent disputes over site boundaries, ensures that all parties understand their areas of responsibility, and facilitates smooth coordination on the project.
